Grayish-greenish. Somewhere inbetween a la bleue and a verte. Not densely opaque like the best absinthes, but certainly obscuring. The first thing that hits you is a mix of pepper and alcohol heat followed by an herbal tinge and anise. Followed by the heat and pepper mixed with a velvety coating in the front. Not as thick or rich as the best, but the mouthfeel increases into the aftertaste, and as the heat/pepper combo subsides it becomes fairly silky.
