MAY VIRTUAL WINE TASTING

Join UFS for virtual tastings with our dear friend and wine expert Samuel Vandegrift. He will lead you through fundamentals of tasting designed to enhance your experience with 4 wines chosen to highlight our seasonal experience here in Central Illinois.

How It Works:
We present wines in pairs over two weeks. Videos will be uploaded on Thursday May 14th, and 21st, and will remain up on our Facebook page. UFS will hand deliver your wines, along with a tasting sheet and instructions for viewing the tasting video online.

(Suggestion: As we shelter in place, why not invite friends to join you in a Zoom call. You could watch the videos together and share a virtual dinner party!)

Here is your checklist for deliciousness:
• We encourage you to start 30 minutes before watching with a warmup wine.
• Prepare yourself with 2 wine glasses and a glass of water.
• Watch and Taste along with Samuel over two sessions.
• Cook our weekly recipe pairing to maximize your pleasure!
